I purchased the Baby Krishna plush for my 8-year old boy, but when it came I loved it so much that I actually thought of keeping it for myself!

Weather I am reading, singing Kirtan, or chanting in his ear, he is always with me. Through all of our long hospital stays to just lazy days at home, Baby Krishna is always there to inspire me and keep me safe. Best plush doll in the world. Thank you so much! And the Bluetooth speaker is so much louder than expected. I have a Kids Mantra playlist just for him.
The items were really cute, although your website should specify that the personalization is just a sticker - I thought it would be stitching engraved onto the plushie. The sticker was already peeling a little bit and one of the letters wasn’t fully cut properly, so it doesn’t seem worth the amount of the extra fee. I also think that the musical component would be really nice if it was in a child’s voice instead of the adult voice that is featured. Otherwise it’s super cute!

I wanted to clarify though that our product pages do specify, 'The names are imprinted, not engraved/sewn with thread' within the 'Personalization' section of the page. That said, we're happy to send you a replacement personalized Baby Krishna if you prefer. As for the musical component, our Baby Krishna mantras are in fact sung by children. My package was lost and I emailed customer service twice and sent a DM to their Instagram (which they read) but did not respond. Really disappointed by their lack of customer service, especially when I am trying to support Indian businesses.
