With children at the heart of our company, at Modi Toys, we’re committed to not only enriching their childhood, but their future as well, by adopting eco-friendly practices. Small businesses can have a surprisingly big impact on the environment. While there are countless ways to be more environmentally sustainable, here are three ways we’ve taken the first few steps:
Making the stuffing for our plush toys from recycled plastic bottles
Partnering with a children's charity to collect new and gently-used toys, book and clothing for donation
De-centralizing our shipping by creating hubs in the USA and India, thereby reducing our carbon footprint
Small steps lead to big impact! The stuffing for each one of our plush toys is made from between 6 to 15 recycled plastic bottles (depending on the size of the toy). You don't have to choose between the planet and play when you choose us.
