My grandkids LOVE their personalized toys and play with them so much! They are really unique and high quality. I look forward to spoiling them with each new release. Unfortunately, I reached out to customer service on three separate occasions about my large order and didn’t receive a follow up response apart from the initial inquiry. I feel as though they did not care after my order was placed. If my review was based entirely off of quality and the product, I would have given a five star, but I truly felt like I was just a number without any resolution to my issue regarding customer service.
