Looking for a Full Time Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is an onsite position and responsibilities include:
Answer customer emails and calls
Follow up with customer issues
Help manage wholesale accounts
Work with Sales and Shipping teams to help resolve customer issues
Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure daily pick ups
Candidate needs to possess good communication and writing skills.
